The important bits

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Madvatise Marketing (Pty) Ltd trading as QuickCut, a private company registered in South Africa (registration number 2021/837184/09).

2. These terms

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to bind it.

If you are a "consumer" under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("CPA"), nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the CPA, and any term that would do so applies only to the extent the law allows.

3. Quotes and prices

4. Your files and specifications

5. Your designs and intellectual property

6. Orders we may refuse

We may decline or cancel any order, with a full refund, if it appears unlawful, would infringe someone's rights, could be dangerous (for example firearm or weapon components), or can't be made with our equipment.

7. Payment

Payment is taken in full when you place your order, through PayFast. We don't see or store your card details. A contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. Production starts after that.

8. Delivery

9. Cancellations, refunds and defects

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary: you can cancel for a full refund before laser cutting starts, and we'll re-cut or refund parts that are defective because of us.

10. Your account

Keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Please don't misuse the website, for example by trying to break its security, overload it, or scrape it automatically. Content on this website, other than your own files, belongs to us and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
